Nice location clean n comfortable rooms. staff was very helpful humble and ready to help you always. Specially Mr. Selim on the check in counter was very helpful and promp starting from chk in through out our stay till chk out. He helped us stay extra 2 hours after our check out time in the busy season time. Special thanks to Mr. Selim.

The best location you can have for visiting the main historical cultural monuments. Everything is nearby, you can walk there. To travel to the European part, you can take the T1 tram, which stops a couple of minutes from the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the Bosphorus. The room is very cozy, very clean, and retains the historical spirit that a hotel located in the historical part of the city should have. It’s great that there is an elevator, which is not found in all hotels in the historical center. Very friendly staff.

Great location with walking distance to Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, harbor. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff members, especially Irfan, who was very kind to upgrade the room for us, and Omar, who helped take our suitcases all the way to the upper street. Great team! The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel is excellent for sightseeing of the main historical places. You don't need even transport. All is around on walking distance. If you need anyway to go by transport, the metro station and tram are on 5 minutes walk. You can find near restaurants, sweets shops too. The breakfast in hotel was very good. I would like to give excellent recommendations to receptionist Selim and the other one ( I apologise, I forget name of good and careful other receptionist,who gave us good room). The both of them speak very good English and give useful explanations. Thank you good people, be healthy and continue to be number one. It was my first visit to your hotel, I hope someday again return with my family.My husband and my son were very satisfied by the quality of beds.

Once you arrive at the Hotel, all the staff makes you feel like you are at home. They go out of their way to assist you in everything. My husband had his birthday during our stay at the Best Western Empire Hotel and Mr Alihan and Mr Irfan together with all the other staff made it so special for him. Also the excursions of the hotel were amazing especially Bursa. We will never forget you and looking so forward to stay at your beautiful hotel very soon. Apart from that the location of the hotel is excellent situated 3 mins away from the train station, it was very easy for us to travel from a place to another.
